What is the status of my order?
After placing an order, you can view your order status by simply clicking My Account at the top right corner of the site then click the tab, My Orders. From there, you will be able to view information about your order.
How do I change or cancel my order?
If you do need to make a change or cancel your order, please call our customer service helpdesk right away at (632) 852-7328. You can also send an e-mail to us at customerservice@speedregalo.ph to change or cancel an order as quickly as possible.
However, please be
advised that some orders are shipped very soon after placement of orders and after
receipt of payment. A 15% surcharge from the total value of your orders will be
imposed should you suddenly change or cancel your order.
I am a new customer, how do I register?
Simply, click New
Customer and fill-up the details on the form. You can assign your username and password which you can use
to log-in to your account.
I am a returning customer, how do I log-in?
Just click the
Login/Register button on the top right blue bar of the site and you will be
asked to fill-in your username and password on login page.
I don’t want to register or order online, can I just order
through phone?
Yes, we also handle
offline orders. Just call our
customer service hotline number at (632) 852-7328. Mention the details of the products from our online store to
our Customer Service Representative and we will process your order via phone.
There is a problem with my account when I order online,
what do I do?
If you're having a
problem completing your order, please e-mail us at customerservice@speedregalo.ph.
Shipping and Delivery Questions
How long will it be before I receive my order?
Upon final receipt
and confirmation of your orders please allow 2-5 business days for your item to
be delivered to your doorstep.
Although, please be advised that should an item become out-of-stock by
the time you have placed your order that order will be made unavailable on your
shopping cart and you will not be billed for it. Rest assured, that we will notify you when this happen.
What do you charge for standard shipping an order?
Shipping rates would
depend on the size, dimension and weight of the product you are ordering. Do call us at (632) 852-7328 for a detailed
shipping cost of your orders.
Order Placement and Payment Questions
I just placed an order online, what’s next?
After you have placed
your orders to your shopping cart, simply go to your Shopping Cart by clicking
My Account > Shopping Cart and click Checkout. Upon checkout, you will be asked to fill-in your shipping
address and other details to confirm your order. An email confirmation will be sent to the email address you
specified on your profile and an invoice and payment instructions will be sent
to you as well.
Do make sure that the
details on your shipping and profile is accurate, otherwise we will not be
liable for incorrect details in delivery of your goods. You can call our customer service
helpdesk should you need assistance in changing your details.
How do I pay?
We have made payments
simple either through 7-Eleven or MLhulliier (via Cash Sense), Paypal, GCASH,
Smart Money, BDO Bank Deposit and other offline remittance centers. You can visit Modes of Payment Page for
more details.
Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?
We take every
precaution to ensure that shopping at Speed Regalo is safe and secure. That is why we prefer for our customers
to use Paypal for their online shopping at SpeedRegalo. With Paypal, you don’t need to show
your credit card details.

Product and Exchange/Return Inquiries
I have an inquiry on a specific product, to whom should I
inquire?
We can definitely
assist you! If you need more detailed info about a specific product in our
store, our customer helpdesk can assist you to provide you detailed information
about your inquiry.
Just email us the
product name or model at customerservice@speedregalo.ph. We will respond to you as soon as we
receive your email.
What's your policy on returns or exchanges?
Returns and exchanges
should be done within 5 days of receipt of your order. Manufacturing defects or damaged items
will be replaced by Speed Regalo without any cost to the buyer. Speed Regalo will evaluate each case to
certify that the items in question are genuinely a manufacturing defect.
Items may be
exchanged with other items at Speed Regalo and must be accompanied by a Return
Authorization Number, please e-mail us your request at customerservice@speedregalo.ph.
Shipping charges applies to all returns.
Sale items are
non-refundable nor exchanged.
